IJdema Coating and IJdema Powder Coating acquired and now part of the Intal Group.

Effective August 1, IJdema Coating and IJdema Powder Coating were acquired by the Intal Group. This acquisition is a great addition to the Intal Group and ensures that both Intal and Thermal Breaks become even stronger and more independent. IJdema Coating and IJdema Poedercoating will continue to operate at the existing location and with the current team under their own names.

This acquisition fits perfectly within our long-term strategy. With Intal as a system house and facade builder, we already have a unique position in the facade market because we work with our own aluminum profile systems. This acquisition makes us even more independent. This acquisition is also an important development for Thermal Breaks, a specialist in thermal insulation of aluminum profiles. Being able to offer both thermal insulation and powder coating combined creates a unique market position where customers can be optimally relieved.
