Maintenance-free facade

Roel Tromp: "We have been working with contractor Hemubo on all kinds of renovation projects for a long time, so the contact between us is very good. Under the name LJ Innovate, the company offers innovative products for facade insulation and plastered facades. LJ Cladding stands for developing unique facade systems for each project. "In this case, we apply our product Neolife. We do that more in Utrecht, for Mitros and other parties."

Tromp continues: "Using wood has advantages, but it also requires a lot of maintenance and is very costly. Neolife, if mounted properly ventilated, does not have these disadvantages. This facade system is very durable and maintenance-free." Neolife facade systems consist of a naturally pure wood composite that contains virtually no plastic. The panels are protected by lignin, a substance from the wood itself, and retain their deep color through the addition of mineral pigments. This makes them maintenance-free and circular: Neolife is suitable for use in precast applications, and over time the panels can be reused or 100% recycled.
