'Making beautiful things as if they were meant for home'

The old GGD building on Orthenseweg was converted from an office building to 109 apartments for single and two-person households by contractor M.P. Drijvers on behalf of Built to Build. Facade builder JM van Delft & zn. has been trusted to provide this building with true JM van Delft quality. 

JM van Delft & zn likes to make beautiful things, as if they were meant for home. In this case for a new home for one of the new residents.

The structure and size of the building remained intact; however, floors were added. For this project, the facade builder supplied not only the aluminum facades, but also the wooden front doors; convenient to keep everything in one hand. Meanwhile, the building has been sold to Zayaz and soon the first residents will move in. JM van Delft & zn. looks back with pleasure on a very pleasant collaboration and looks forward to future collaborations with contractor M.P. Drijvers.
