Scaling up, getting construction flows going and promoting continuity

On Tuesday, September 24, Bouwstroom event: Strolling the Concepts Boulevard will take place. This event is all about cooperation within the construction industry. A hot topic for ages. NCB is working on an and mega alliance between demanders, providers and builders to build cheaper housing to meet the pressing demand from the housing market. FAAY walls have also been incorporated into several of these concepts. A noble aspiration such a construction flow, but how do you organize it? From which 'agreements' will you work? What concepts can you think of? During the Bouwstroom event, organized by the NCB, will zoom in on the above questions and come up with handouts that are already being used in collaborations within 'The Construction Stream'.

Opening: Celebratory launch

The Bouwstroom Event starts with a festive launch of the online Concepts Boulevard by Provincial Executive member for Space and Housing Province of North Brabant Erik van Merrienboer and Aedes chairman Marnix Norder. They zoom in on the challenges they see around affordable new construction. What are the solutions and priorities at the bottom of the housing market? And what role does transparency and cooperation play in this?

Knowledge session: building the construction flow

The shift to conceptual building requires a change in thinking and doing for the parties involved. A different way of working together internally and externally. This requires new knowledge. In the knowledge session that is offered this afternoon, inspiration about conceptual building and its method is central.

Strolling the Concepts Boulevard

After the plenary session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with three concept providers. In three rounds of 30 minutes each, they can exchange views on their innovative concepts. For demanders an ideal time to find out who or what best suits their vision, to get ideas and to already lay a foundation for perhaps a long-term cooperation.

Also come September 24

The participating concept providers have now been announced. Also come Sept. 24 to participate in this event. As a participant you choose (maximum) three session with concept providers when you register. From 12.30 the coffee and tea will be ready with a sandwich in Rosmalen (Heijmans, Graafsebaan 65). The program will start from 13:00. Around 17:00 the closing will take place with drinks.

NCB treats

This event is geared toward NCB members and corporations. All corporations and NCB members are admitted free of charge. We especially invite corporations to come with multiple colleagues working in various disciplines within the organization. With multiple colleagues it is possible to speak to ALL concept providers during the event.
