Wide range of mechanical engineering installations for Contiweb

Gebr. Janssen from Beugen has put the finishing touches to the mechanical installations in Contiweb's new production and office facility. Since then, Contiweb can call itself the user of a completely gas-free company building, which is sustainable in every respect.

For Gebr. Janssen it was a 'nice project'. The package of mechanical engineering installations was so broad that they could deploy their total experience and know-how here. Moreover, the project took place in its own place of business. "A home game always has an added value," thinks Mari van Dijk, project manager of Gebr. Janssen. And finally, it was the first time Gebr. Janssen had worked for Bouwbedrijf van de Ven of Veghel. "An expert party. The planning was tight - that was also necessary - but despite the high time pressure there was always a positive team spirit."

A broad package

Among other things, Gebr. Janssen realized the high-pressure gas piping for Contiweb's processes, the air handling installation for the satellite office in the hall and the complete VRF system in the large office, coupled with the air handling system. "We designed and installed the VRF system together with 'Puur klimaat,'" says Van Dijk. In the hall Gebr. Janssen made the heating with duct units and for the total HWA system they realized Geberit's Pluvia and overflow system for the complete roof.

"It was an extensive job and at the same time a job that fit us like a glove. Gebr. Janssen has existed for over 125 years now and has grown into a mechanical installation company with multiple fields of expertise. We specialize in roofing, plumbing, drainage and total installation technology. Because one always goes hand in hand with the other, these types of projects bring out the best in us."
