EeStairs makes distinctive stairs of exceptional beauty, precision and structural integrity, for private and commercial customers in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and Asia. "We work closely with leading architects, interior designers, engineers and leading commercial and residential customers to produce stairs of outstanding material and technical quality," says Rebecca van de Beek, Marketing Executive at EeStairs. "In doing so, we control the entire process, from design to installation. Moreover, we continue to innovate our products, based on market needs and trends. Our NextGen™ office stairs and accompanying stair configurator are a great example of this and take a lot of time, worries and costs out of the hands of architects and contractors."
EeStairs is strong in customization. "For several years now we have also been offering high-quality standardized products, which can be completely modified according to customer wishes and within which numerous size and color options are possible," says Van de Beek. A nice and successful example in this context is the space-saving EeStairs 1m² staircase with configurator, which has enjoyed great interest from the market for several years. "The square meter staircase responds to the housing trend in large cities in particular, in which people are living smaller and smaller and want to use their living space more efficiently. But also to the desire to increase home value, for example by opening up an attic space or basement with a fixed staircase. Without losing valuable living space." The square meter staircase can be designed and ordered in a variety of materials and colors, with an online configurator instantly providing designers and contractors with desired stair visualizations, detailed designs, specification data and associated costs. "With the NextGen™ office staircase, we are now extending this development to the office market."
In many offices there is a great need for good, functional and solid stairs with a long lifespan, Van de Beek knows. "The NextGen™ office staircase meets this need optimally and relieves designers, contractors and other professional specifiers of a lot of drawing work and costs. The separate deployment of a technical draughtsman is no longer necessary. Instead, the entire process from design to delivery is supported by an online configurator, in which the NextGen™ office stairs can be easily configured and costed. How many floors need to be made accessible? Is a straight staircase desired? Or is a quartz staircase, for example, more appropriate?" After entering the correct dimensions, color and material options, a BIM drawing and price are immediately available. This allows an itemized quotation to be sent out very quickly. Moreover, the technical drawings can be directly integrated into the overall design of the architect or designing contractor and the order can be placed from the configurator. "The process is simple, logical and can be completed in just a few minutes."
The NextGen™ office staircase with configurator is the result of years of development behind the scenes at EeStairs. With its introduction, the Barneveld-based staircase specialist has yet another first in the construction and staircase world in its hands.
The modular NextGen™ office staircase features extremely clean lines and sleek minimalist details. EeStairs offers three color options for the treads. The stringers can be supplied in any RAL color. "The railings are available in wood or stainless steel and for the balustrades we offer three glass types: float glass, bronze glass and extra clear glass. The steps in anodized aluminum come standard with a ribbed non-slip top surface. The stringers can be fitted with LED strips if required." The grip-resistant treads of the NextGen™ office stairs feature integral sound-absorbing cores, and their streamlined aerofoil profiles add something visually unique to the stair design, Van de Beek concludes. "And installation has been optimized as well. The NextGen™ office stairs can be installed very quickly and precisely by the contractor himself. Once the treads are attached to the stair stringers, the connection is invisible. Thus simplicity, functionality and design come together in all areas."
