Using innovative products and smart tools, Klemko Techniek supports installers in delivering high-quality installations efficiently and safely. Account manager for connection and installation technology Sander Pronk presents the latest developments in this field, such as the black M5 cable ducts, the self-adhesive triangular duct, the smart cutting tools and the sustainable siding (sets) for air conditioning units and heat pumps, which are made from recycled car tires.

Cable management solutions

In the world of interior design, the popularity of black products remains undiminished. Canalit, part of Klemko Techniek, is cleverly capitalizing on this. Following on from the well-known cable ducts in gray (RAL 7030) and white (RAL 9010), the specialist in cable management solutions is now also introducing cable ducts in stylish black (RAL 9005). According to Pronk, the latest addition to the Canalit pro program creates a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. "The cable ducts are made of Polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) and are UV-stabilized, providing excellent durability and longer life. As a result, the ducts meet the high requirements in different types of installations."

Solution for corners

Also unique is the Canalit triangular pipe duct with self-adhesive strip, which can easily be installed in any corner. Even if the corner is not perpendicular, Pronk emphasizes. "The triangular duct is very suitable for numerous applications, such as neatly concealing cables. The product is available in two lengths (2 and 3 meters), with a width of 34 mm and a height of 15 mm, measured on the lid. In addition, various end caps have been added. All sleeves come standard with a protective film, so installers do not have to polish off fingerprints afterwards."

Durable siding

A third innovation in Klemko Techniek's product range is the rubber siding, for the sustainable installation of air conditioning systems, heat pumps, et cetera, among others. The siding is made from recycled car tires, making a significant contribution to reducing our waste mountain. "We supply the rubber siding beams as complete sets, including mounting materials and in four lengths: 250, 450, 600 or 1,000 mm. The siding beams come standard with two spirit levels and mounting materials, making them easy and quick to assemble," said Pronk. 

Smart cutting tools

Also new to Canalit's range are smart siding materials for pitched roofs and ready-to-use mounting kits to install air conditioning ducts quickly and efficiently. "In addition, we offer several smart cutting tools that can cut pipe and cable ducts to the correct length quickly, without burrs and dust-free."

Klemko Techniek is in constant dialogue with installers and end users to align its products and tools with market needs.
