Director Patrick Van Roey explains: "This new building offers us more space, but more importantly, the goal is to make it a central knowledge center in the Kempen region where IT knowledge is developed and shared. In the 5,500-square-foot workspace for 300 employees, Kempus is strongly committed to sustainability. This result is achieved through the application of advanced technologies such as geothermal energy, climate ceilings, the collection and use of rainwater and as many as 860 solar panels. Hence the choice of DELABIE's TEMPOMATIC 4 sink faucet in the washrooms. Because this faucet is set at 3 liters per minute, has an anti-blocking safety in flowing mode and operates exclusively thanks to infrared presence detection, it saves up to 90 percent water. Thus, it contributes to a minimal ecological footprint. In addition, the TEMPOMATIC 4 also offers total hygiene thanks to the absence of manual contact and features an antibacterial periodic rinse every 24 hours after the last use.

Thanks to its anti-blocking safety, the hand dryer stops when used continuously for more than 60 seconds. The soap dispenser features a smooth push button plus an anti-blocking system that ensures that only one dose of soap is dispensed, even when the button is held down for long periods of time.
