For more than 65 years, Troax has been developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative steel mesh panels for shielding machinery, compartmentalizing warehouses and dividing basements, storerooms, (parking) garages and technical areas. "Our products can be found in numerous applications around the world, where they secure people, property and processes," says sales and marketing coordinator Sigrid Herbosch. "In addition, the panels are increasingly used as aesthetic finishes. Think of dividing and screening workplaces, restaurants, museums, lofts and creative zones, for example in combination with vegetation."
Storage and warehouse spaces constructed with partitions made of steel mesh panels offer many advantages, according to Herbosch. For example, mesh panels allow plenty of light through and provide excellent ventilation. "In addition, steel mesh panels protect against burglary and damage as well as provide a special aesthetic."
Troax's steel mesh panels are widely used to divide up storage rooms, attics, bicycle sheds and garages. But freestanding mesh cages are also possible, Herbosch says. "The possibilities go far beyond the initial purpose. The only limitation is the creativity of the buyer. All of our mesh panels are highly durable and can be 100% recycled. Moreover, the material has a long service life. The systems are completely modular. When needs change, setups can easily be disassembled and reassembled in a different configuration. Also, the systems are adaptable to any situation. Sloping ceilings and sloping floors are no problem at all."
Architects and end users can choose from mesh walls with light, medium or heavy panels, meshes of 50×50, 25×25 or 100×50 mm and various burglar resistance classes at Troax, which can also be combined as desired. And fully enclosed panel systems are also possible. "The steel mesh walls can be finished in any RAL color," Herbosch emphasizes. "In addition, we have a hot-dip galvanized (galvanized) variant, which also allows installation in damp (outdoor) areas. Combined with the modular construction, this creates an unprecedented freedom of design and application."
The mesh panels are supplied as standard as a construction kit. In-house installation is easily possible, thanks to comprehensive assembly drawings, solid wall, ceiling and floor fixings as well as a solid service department.
