For the two residential towers within Santfort, the company supplied all interior doors, possibly according to the wishes of the buyers.

All doors are finished as standard with Svedex Superlak, which is scratch-resistant and colorfast, so that it remains beautiful for years.

Construction company Niersman was taken care of at Santfort by Svedex through the buyer assistance the company offers. Buyers could choose a luxury door instead of a standard door at a small additional cost. "We were the first door manufacturer to digitally support the contractor with a buyer's choice portal. The buyer sees immediately what the price and price advantage is, because our prices are very transparent. The doors are offered in a package for the total home," Van Asperen said.

Once the doors are installed by Svedex, nothing else needs to be done. They are delivered completely painted. "The contractor takes care of the recess and we do the rest," says Van Asperen. This also involves thinking about the environment. In the Netherlands, the company offers the largest range of doors with FSC certification. The Superlak is also environmentally friendly. Due to the rapid curing, the lacquering process uses less energy and therefore there are virtually no CO2 emissions.
