Over 96,000 m2 of insulation panels for new Hessing Supervers building

Koel Isolatie Maatschappij (K.I.M.) Nederland is building its very largest project ever! Commissioned by Bouwbedrijf van de Ven, K.I.M. Nederland is supplying and installing over 96,000 m2 of insulation panels, about 180 interior doors and about 270 interior windows for Hessing Supervers' 'Factory of the Future' in Horst aan de Maas, Greenport Venlo. The specialist does not take this lightly....

Outstanding performance

For the building envelope, interior walls and ceilings, insulation panels with a QuadCore insulation core were chosen, designed with the highest building performance in mind. "The hybrid insulation foam excels in thermal insulation performance and makes a superior contribution to fire safety and sustainability," Scherff said. "The airtightness performance of the new building will soon be outstanding. Moreover, the entire project will be worked out in BIM; a now indispensable method for working professionally and future-oriented. With this, we are perfectly in line with the current trends in construction. This preparation, in combination with our always high quality and being ready for customers, form the basis for many years of relationships."
