Platform on new construction, renovation, restoration and transformation
As is well known, Van Galen Klimaattechniek has been part of the Van Dorp Groep since 2017. After the establishment of Van Galen Projectenbedrijf B.V. last October, which within the Van Dorp Group facilitates the large projects in the west of the country from Rotterdam, Van Galen Klimaattechniek Service and Maintenance, Management and small projects now makes the transition to Van Dorp.
Van Dorp has its focus on Technical Management and customer-specific work, and merging the two companies is a logical consequence. The transition from Van Galen to Van Dorp will take place in phases. For now, there is only a physical merger of Van Galen Wormerveer with Van Dorp Amsterdam and Van Galen Rotterdam with Van Dorp Rotterdam. The administrative systems of the two companies will be connected early next year. However, the name of Van Galen Klimaattechniek will be changed to Van Dorp Klimaattechniek B.V. for the transition period from January 1, 2020 to during 2020.
In the course of 2020, Van Dorp Klimaattechniek B.V. will actually merge with Van Dorp Installaties B.V. Branch Director Kees de Vries of Van Dorp Amsterdam and Regional Director Patrick Brunn of Van Dorp Rotterdam are delighted with the arrival of their new colleagues who, with their arrival, will bring the necessary knowledge and expertise to this merger.
Van Galen Wormerveer has already moved to the Van Dorp Amsterdam branch and during the Christmas break Van Galen Rotterdam will move to the Van Dorp Rotterdam branch.
