Steel construction with smart software

The steel construction department works with a team of specialists, who are responsible for working out detailed steel structures with detailed calculations. Through their years of experience and the use of advanced software, such as Tekla and IDEA Statica, they design connections in steel construction that are practical, safe and efficient. "We look beyond just the drawing. Through our expertise and close cooperation with the customer, we design connections that not only meet the requirements, but are also easy to assemble," explains Den Dunnen.

Installation technology that works

At the other end of the spectrum is installation technology. Whereas the steel construction department deals with the "bones" of a building, the team of Business Manager Installation Technology Erwin van Alphen takes care of the "life" inside the walls. The department works with programs such as AutoCAD, Nordined, StabiCAD and StabiCAD for Revit, to engineer and draw all the technical installations in detail. "One mistake in the installation engineering can have major consequences for the operation of the entire installation and thus for the operation of the entire building. That is why we prepare everything well and make sure everything is right down to the last detail," Van Alphen explains. ADS-Ertner also offers drawing management for customers who want to be sure that their technical drawings are always up to date. In this way, customers can better manage the maintenance of their properties.

Flexible on-site deployment

In addition to in-house engineering, ADS-Ertner offers project secondment, in which in-house specialists temporarily work at clients' sites. This department, Working On Location (WOL), meets the increasing demand for flexible deployment of qualified personnel. "Our technicians often work on a project basis with clients, where they add immediate value through their experience and expertise," explains General Manager John van Zaltbommel. Whether for short or long projects, with the deployment of temporary staff, ADS-Ertner supports clients in ensuring continuity and quality.
