Steel strength and cooperation

For this large-scale redevelopment, the expertise of facade builder JM van Delft & zn of Drunen was called in. Commissioned by IFS Building Systems, the Brabant family business supplied and assembled the steel interior facades. It also realized, commissioned by Dura Vermeer, the imposing steel curtain walls on the outside of the building. A project that shows how different parties know how to strengthen each other in their pursuit of quality and craftsmanship.

The biggest challenge during this project was logistics. In a busy urban area like Katendrecht, space is scarce and timing is crucial. Carefully positioning the steel facades on the right floors required more than just muscle power. Thanks to a tightly coordinated planning, clear communication and close cooperation with all involved, JM van Delft & zn managed to master this challenge expertly.

JM van Delft & zn expresses its appreciation to IFS Building Systems and Dura Vermeer for the trust placed in them. Thanks to the open cooperation and joint dedication, a project has been realized of which all those involved can be proud. Fenix is not only an architectural masterpiece, but also tangible proof of what can be achieved together.
