Located a stone's throw from Amsterdam's canal belt in the Houthavens area, The Flow, completed in late 2019 on Moermanskkade, is anything but an ordinary building. The black, diamond-shaped building has six floors, a total area of approximately 6,800 m² and impresses in every way. This begins upon arrival, thanks to the transparent and inviting main entrance that features an impressive 6-meter-high LED wall. The horizontal lines of the building underline the dynamic, ship-bridge-like design. This is simultaneously emphasized in the materials used. The all-glass exterior of The Flow ensures that the views of the IJ can be fully enjoyed and provides a view of the generous terraces with wooden outdoor deck, referring to the surrounding ships in the Houthavens.

The Flow is designed according to sustainability characteristics BREEAM-NL 'Excellent' and WELL Core v2 Platinum. Besides optimizing environmental factors such as air quality, (biorhythmic) lighting, (thermal) comfort and acoustics, WELL also focuses on exercise, healthy nutrition and relaxation. The natural and fully adaptable lighting in The Flow ensures a healthy biological rhythm and is based on anti-glare technologies, excellent color quality and abundant daylight. In addition, climate-controlled ceilings and private, spacious outdoor spaces at each office ensure that everyone feels happy and relaxed. There are also amenities such as a gym, wellness center, presentation room with a 360-degree screen and private dining, and the entrance including LED wall can serve as a conference room. To allow users to relax as well, the top floor features a stylish and comfortable corporate restaurant with an expansive roof terrace. A place with an inspiring panoramic view, perfectly suited to arrive at new ideas and insights.
