A facade that suits the client

"We work with renowned profile systems. With these systems, the knowledge and skill of our team, we deliver facades in an exceptionally high quality. In addition to the aesthetic properties of the facade, the technical values are also very important. The facade contributes enormously to energy savings within a building. Also the indoor climate of the building can be positively influenced by the facade. Matters such as ventilation, insulation, shading and light accession factors are all controlled by the facade. Safety aspects such as burglary and fire resistance are also included in the facade concept. 

Collaborating from the BIM center

Facade engineering, a field where developments are not standing still. Within Aluvo, we are increasingly working on projects in accordance with the BIM method. The BIM process is a development within the construction industry that has become indispensable. Aluvo: "From our BIM center, the modelers and draftsmen work intensively together to first work out the project digitally, thereby significantly reducing failure costs."

Sustainable building as a spearhead

The love for the craft goes beyond the preparation and the actual production; even after that, Aluvo continues to think about aluminum. "Circular and Sustainable Construction is important to us! This is because our aluminum products and materials are reused so that raw materials retain their value. Our window frames and facade elements directly and indirectly influence the performance of sustainability of a project. We take into account BREEAM-NL credit MAT-5 for curtain walls, window frames and glazing (substantiation ISO140001 and/or C2C certificates)." In addition to the environmental impact of the materials used, it is also important that building materials are mined, produced and recycled in a responsible manner."

Flat glass waste is also recycled. From the flat glass waste that is handed in, new glass is made. Clean flat glass is 100% recyclable. "As a result, this fits perfectly with our commitment to circular and sustainable construction. The recycling of flat glass waste is good for the environment, it saves energy and also new raw materials. Aluvo Facade Technology, solid, reliable and sustainable."
