Construction of the first residential tower of De Slotvrouwe on Debora Bakelaan in Heemskerk has started by ERA Contour. The developing builder recently started drilling the heat wells and last week the piling work began. The first residential tower will contain 70 apartments that housing corporation Woonopmaat will rent out.
In total, De Slotvrouwe consists of three residential towers with 222 apartments: 201 rental apartments and 21 owner-occupied apartments. ERA Contour is responsible for the development of the project and the construction of the apartments. Architectenbureau Groosman is responsible for the design.
The condominiums in De Slotvrouwe range from 70 m2 to 82 m2 and have a warm appearance thanks to the richly masonry facades. The residential towers are executed entirely in brick and have a playful decorative grid. Through the website www.deslotvrouweheemskerk.nl/, interested parties can register for an owner-occupied home. Those interested in a rental property can contact Woonopmaat via the email address optie@woonopmaat.nl. At this time, no options can be taken on the rental apartments. As soon as they do, the housing corporation will inform those interested.
Start of piling work on the first residential tower of The Castle Lady
To bring the park feeling closer to the residents, the residential towers stand in a green landscape. In terms of position, they are almost in line with the facades of the surrounding buildings. This ensures that the residents on the Debora Bakelaan have an unobstructed view of the new park and the castle gardens. Residents of the new residential towers can also enjoy this. From the entrance each residential tower has a view of the historic Slot Assumburg and the beautiful castle gardens.
The Slotvrouwe is ready for the future. All apartments are energy-efficient, well-insulated, natural gas-free and equipped with heat pumps for heating.
ERA Contour expects to deliver the new construction project in the fall of 2022.
