Santfort residents assured of quality roofs

KleiVa is a sustainable roofing company based out of Heerjansdam covering all types of roofs, both private and commercial. At the beautiful project Santfort, KleiVa is providing two-layer bitumen roofing for both the roofs and terraces.

KleiVa applies high-quality PIR-alu slope insulation on the terraces on an adjustable Dreentegel system. This creates a solid foundation. The upper roofs are fitted with EPS 150 SE insulation with high compressive strength, so that they can support the solar panels properly and without problems. In order to ensure the safety and maintenance of the various upper roofs, KleiVa is also installing fall protection according to current regulations.

According to general manager Jerry Borremans, the project is going very well. KleiVa started the work in November 2020 on behalf of construction company Niersman. "Downstairs, around the towers, there will be another whole roof garden where we applied a bonding primer to the concrete. Next, the two layers of roofing will be completely torched. The second layer is root-resistant roofing." The residents of Santfort will soon be assured of a high-quality roof thanks to the employees of KleiVa. Not for nothing are they up to date with the latest developments and VCA certified.
