WEBO

WEBO supports contractors in residential and commercial construction with serial production of wooden window frames and prefabricated HSB elements. The organization works process-driven and BIM-controlled, making planning, quality and dimensional accuracy predictable. Working with wood thereby reinforces the ambitions around CO₂ reduction, circularity and material reuse. WEBO has been working fully integrated with BIM for more than 15 years and is involved in both smaller and large-scale residential and commercial construction projects.

In addition to the production process, WEBO distinguishes itself by translating complex design details and engineering issues into technically feasible solutions within Bbl frameworks. As a result, contractors are not confronted with surprises upon delivery and testing. Automation, chain integration and industrial timber construction form the basis for consistently high quality and detail assurance at every stage of production.

Portfolio: wooden window frames and prefabricated HSB elements
The portfolio includes wooden frames, wood-aluminum frames, oak frames and circular frames, produced according to concept 1, 2 and 2+. With concept 2+, window frames are completely finished with glazing, pre-paint and topcoat, making on-site assembly faster and more controlled.

In addition to window frames, WEBO produces precast HSB walls in which optional window frames, glazing and finishing are fully integrated in the factory. This ensures efficient construction site logistics and limits risks in execution. Depending on construction and specifications, HSB walls can achieve an RC value of 8.0 (NOM) and demonstrably comply with fire class B.

Refractory®: fire and smoke resistant window frames
Under Refractory® supplies WEBO certified fire and smoke resistant frames that comply with EN 16034 and meet the requirements of the Bbl. WEBO is currently the only supplier supplying opening fire and smoke resistant exterior window frames (wood and wood-aluminum) according to the mandatory European regulations. The performance enhances fire safety within projects with strict fire safety requirements and meets the increasing demand for fire-resistant solutions in combination with HSB.

BIM engineering and CNC-controlled manufacturing
HSB walls and frames are produced from a single BIM model directly linked to CNC lines. This ensures consistent detailing, accurate digital preparation and reproducible production steps. Materials are efficiently utilized and performance on gap tightness, wind and water tightness and insulation is demonstrably assured.

Logistical reliability and just-in-time delivery
WEBO has a high production capacity and delivers just-in-time, tailored to the construction schedule. This approach supports both serial orders and large-scale housing projects. The close link between engineering, production and logistics keeps the construction flow stable and minimizes failure costs.

STIP®, HOUT100% and KOMO®
Sustainability is an established design requirement. WEBO works exclusively with STIP®-certified wood from controlled FSC®- and PEFC chains. The principles of HOUT100% guarantee origin and chain control. In addition, production takes place under relevant KOMO®-certifications, which supports contractors in quality assurance and permitting processes.

One supply chain partner for window frames and HSB elements
Because WEBO supplies both window frames and wood frame construction elements produces in-house, the organization acts as a single chain partner. This means that risks relating to dimensions, fire safety, gap sealing, and logistics are managed within a single line, resulting in greater process reliability in the construction chain.

Complete facade elements (Vront®)
Vront®, formerly known as Scaffoldless® Building, delivers complete prefabricated facade elements including finishing. The system was developed for locations where design precision, assembly speed and logistical compactness are essential, such as inner-city projects, postage stamp sites, serial renovations and both low and high-rise buildings. The fully assembled facade element allows Vront's assembly team to® assemble directly from the crane, with no more scaffolding involved. The approach joins the broader movement toward industrial timber construction and integrated façade element systems.
