The Land Phase 13
Het Land phase 13 is part of the area development De Elementen. This new neighborhood on the outskirts of Spijkenisse offers a living environment with all the associated amenities for various target groups. Ballast Nedam Development is developing a total of 40 energy-neutral new-build owner-occupied homes: 36 extra-spacious row and corner houses measuring 4.80, 5.40 and 6 meters wide and 4 distinctive semi-detached houses on spacious plots ranging from 122 m² approx. to 289 m² approx. Purchase prices are from € 252,500 to € 429,500. The housing types are designed by Schippers Architects BNA in The Hague. The realization is in the hands of Ballast Nedam West.
Standard innovative and sustainable heating system
Previous experience and research by Ballast Nedam Development led to the decision to build all these homes natural gas-free and offer them as energy-neutral homes. Each home has an innovative heating system as standard: a heat pump system combined with solar panels, provides heat and energy. Very good insulation, smart ventilation and underfloor heating do the rest.
