It got nice at Inventum

The mechanical and electrical installations for Inventum's industrial hall in Houten were conceived and designed as part of a construction team. "From the very first moment, the atmosphere in the construction team was good," says Gerrit Berenschot, project manager of Keizers Installatietechniek. "There was an understanding of each other's points of view and everyone shared their experience and know-how. As a result, installations were realized that all parties were behind."

Berenschot is talking about a broad package of installations. Keizers Installatietechniek realized the power installation from the main distribution box and the lighting installation, data installation, fire alarm and evacuation installation, burglar alarm installation, sound installation and access control. Of the mechanical installations, it took care of the water installation, plumbing and sewerage. With this, Keizers Installatietechniek was literally active to the furthest corners of the project.

Hands-on

With an existence of almost 100 years, Keizers Installatietechniek belongs to the renowned installation companies. Knowledge and know-how has been passed on from one generation to the next here for decades. Since 2016, it has also been part of the VDK Group. From the moment of entry, the togetherness between the employees is palpable. On projects, this togetherness manifests itself in effective cooperation. "We are a company with a hands-on mentality," says Berenschot. "We have something to spare for each other. When a new project comes in, everyone feels like creating something beautiful for it."

An organized picture

At least it became beautiful at Inventum. The lighting installation, done in LED and with motion detectors, is distinctly beautiful. The installations in the company hall - fully in sight - also show an organized image. "It seems easier if installations are allowed to remain in sight, but that is a misconception. With installations in sight, you want pipes and tubes to make right angles and run level. I think our people succeeded perfectly in this. We wish Inventum much success and working pleasure in its new premises."
