Sale of houses and apartments PoortMeesters, Nieuw Delft starts

PoortMeesters in Nieuw Delft is a tough, urban and sturdy residential building with large townhouses and luxury apartments. Sales start Monday, July 15, interested parties can register until August 27, 2019. The square-shaped residential building on the banks of Nieuw Delft is being realized by area developers BPD (Bouwfonds Property Development) and Ballast Nedam Development. This project is the epitome of state-of-the-art project development using the most innovative techniques such as 3D printing, water storage and the creation of a climate-neutral inner garden.

The 103 homes in PoortMeesters are situated around a green climate-neutral courtyard garden with the largest water collection system in the Netherlands. Talking design
PoortMeesters gets its name from the two gates that provide access to the green courtyard garden. These eye-catchers of the residential building will be covered with a 3D-printed artwork reminiscent of the famous Delft Blue tiles.
