Total concept for finishing, remodeling or renovations
ACN Totale Afbouw BV gladly takes care of the complete interior finishing, rebuilding or renovation of your government buildings, offices, showrooms, hotels, housing and retail projects. From metal stud walls and ceilings to glass walls, plaster and stretch ceilings, floors, interior frames and doors, wall coverings and tiling and painting: the enthusiastic and skilled staff can switch very quickly. Both in small and large projects. Moreover, they do not shy away from any challenge. A deal is always a deal.
The story of ACN Totale Afbouw BV begins in 2009, when Afbouw Coördinatie Nederland was founded by several partner companies. Initially, the activities were housed in a cooperative, but since 2018 the company has been going through life as ACN Totale Afbouw BV. "We work mostly on behalf of contracting companies, real estate parties and retailers, who can rely on maximum quality, reliability as well as flexibility," explains Managing Director Thomas Jacobsen. "Our challenge is always to finish the contractor's shell construction to a high-quality delivery result, in accordance with the wishes of the architect and client. But also with maximum attention to safety, sustainability and optimal thermal and sound insulation."
"As an organization, we are VCA* certified," Jacobsen said. "In addition, we work with sustainable and bio-based building materials whenever possible. As an FSC partner, we mainly process FSC-certified wood, which comes from sustainably managed forests. We are also highly committed to circularity. We like to give current building materials a second life. A good example of this is De Wereldburger elementary school in Amsterdam, whose wooden slatted ceilings, staircase and auditorium are made of high-quality circular wood, which comes from a donor building. By building detachable wherever possible, we make materials more recyclable for the future."
ACN Totale Afbouw BV is also a welcome partner in existing homes, where insulating measures can make a significant label step. Jacobsen: "By installing double walls with insulating material against the existing interior walls and PIR insulation under the existing roof, we help residents to significantly reduce their gas consumption. As a result, residents benefit from lower energy bills, (even) more comfort, and all-electric living is also within reach in existing homes."
