Start sales phase 1 'in 't zuiderpark' Rotterdam

Wednesday evening, October 16, marks the start of the sale of 42 homes in the first phase of 'In 't Zuiderpark' Rotterdam. 'In 't Zuiderpark' is the first housing development that is part of the Hart van Zuid area development. Hart van Zuid is a city center that is being completely transformed into a beautiful urban area. Because of the extra attention for natural enclosures of trees and water, it will soon fit seamlessly into its surroundings. Ballast Nedam Development and Heijmans Vastgoed, as a development combination, are very pleased with this new milestone in the area development of Hart van Zuid. 

Hart van Zuid area development

In 't Zuiderpark falls within the area development Hart van Zuid, the new name for the area around Zuidplein and AHOY. After a complete metamorphosis, this will become the bustling city center of Rotterdam-South. With a new metro and bus station, refurbished Zuidplein shopping center, promenade, a wide range of art and culture and plenty of nice restaurants and cafes.

In 't Zuiderpark

The total of 84 homes will be put on sale in two phases, with multiple variants available in each phase. In each block there is a variety of housing types including Park Residences with natural views of the Park, 3 and 4 storey terrace residences with a raised terrace at the front, Gate Residences with a separate living room and kitchen and finally City Residences with garden and terrace. All homes come complete with luxury kitchen, sanitary and tiling. Purchase prices start from € 349,000.
