Simple, intuitive and powerful door communication and access control system for PostNL building in Purmerend

Full-IP door communication

Commissioned by ETB Cas Sombroek, Vercoma supplied a full-IP door video system for the PostNL building, says Account Manager Andy Menheere. "Chosen was the iPlusBUS system from Beoview. Plug-and-play connected 

At Vercoma's assembly department in Wormerveer, all system components were carefully engineered, configured and programmed, says Menheere. "Here we also completely assembled and prewired the mounting cabinets for the central facilities room. This allowed the entire system to be connected plug-and-play. Moreover, everyone can get along with the highly intuitive graphical user interface on the door video monitor. Thanks to the snapshot image memory, residents can see exactly who rang the doorbell and when. Thanks to integration of a BWCM Wifi dial-in module, residents can also receive their calls on their smartphones as desired."

POWERFUL ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Five compact BEOKEY exterior panels with a high-quality stainless steel finish and stylishly integrated card readers from the iP-Opener access control system were chosen for the entrances. Twenty-nine separate card readers were also supplied for the parking lot, bicycle storage and gates, for example. Here, both a narrow and a wide variant were chosen.
