The facade of a building is often the owner's business card. But the finish of the interior is also an important link in the image visitors get of a building. This certainly applies to a car brand's showroom as well. Therefore, the specialists of Afbouw Coördinatie Nederland (ACN Totale Afbouw) were contacted for the finishing of the ceilings and walls in the new Audi Terminal of the Wittebrug Autogroep in The Hague.
"ACN is actually a collection of five renowned finishing companies, namely HWD Duurzaam, Böhnke van de Broek, Verhaag Afbouwprojecten, Bosma plafonds en wanden and Vithebo. They have combined their knowledge, experience and strengths so that the best specialists can be used for each specific project in the Netherlands. Together with contractors, we carry out the most diverse projects," explains Thomas Jacobsen, business manager of ACN Totale Afbouw. "For example, we were also involved in the completion of this new Audi branch of the Wittebrug Autogroep. In the showrooms for new cars and occasion models, we installed perforated plaster ceilings. In the offices, we installed suspended ceilings, while metal grid ceilings were integrated in the corridors and throughout the first floor. In the sales department, stretch ceilings were chosen, above which there are light boxes. We were also responsible for installing all the partition walls in the entire building. Such an assignment may not be so exceptional, but it is still a nice reference in an environment where many people come."
