Celebrating highest point of Sphinx Zuid in Maastricht on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019

Sphinx Quarter: a fantastic area development between the Maastricht city center and the new Frontenpark where a special residential neighborhood with an attractive mix of spacious apartments, luxury penthouses and beautiful townhouses with gardens is coming to fruition. The site has been home to the Sphinx pottery factory since 1834. The architecture therefore also subtly refers to this historic industrial past.

Commissioned by Sphinx Zuid (3W real estate and RO Group), Bouwbedrijven Jongen is proud to realize no less than 151 town houses and apartments as well as the parking garage within this development in three buildings: Gustav, Cielo and Amonet. Soon, the construction of Living in the Sphinx Quarter will reach its highest point. We want to celebrate this with you! Therefore, we would like to invite you to be present on Friday, November 29 at 14:00 at the hoisting of the so-called 'maypole'. This official act will be performed by Mr. Corten, director of Bouwbedrijven Jongen.

• Reception: 14:00 at infocentre Belvédère, Fenikshof 1 Maastricht
• Parking tip: Q-park Sphinxkwartier or Frontensingel
• Safety: we are entering the construction site, therefore safety for all is paramount. Remember to put on sturdy footwear. On site you will receive a construction helmet and safety vest.
