New construction project Little C in Rotterdam reaches the highest point of over 60 meters. The green and purple flags of TBI companies J.P. van Eesteren and ERA Contour mark the highest point.
Little C will house 320 lofts and apartments, of which 111 will be for sale and 209 for rent, and 10,000 m2 of space for workplaces and small-scale hospitality. The Daniel den Hoed Family House will also move into Little C.
The Rotterdam new construction project will be a special area of fifteen buildings housing lofts and apartments, workspaces and small-scale hospitality. The project is characterized by a New York architectural style. This is mainly due to the sturdy brick facades, large black windows, expressive steel railings and walkways that connect the buildings. Green squares, vegetated facades, roof terraces and the Coolhaven Park complete this pleasant living and working area.
